I mean, there is seriously SO much creativity in this budget-conscious Pineapple Birthday Party Fiesta, and it’s bursting with happy colors at every turn. My favorite detail, though, has to be the store-bought yellow macarons that she cleverly transformed into darling little pineapples. They also happen to pair very nicely with her watermelon manicure.

Our Pineapple Fiesta Party was held in honor of my dear friend Michelle’s Birthday. We wanted to do something special for her and we all love pineapples, So I thought why not make it a pineapple fiesta. We had an amazing time and the party was a hit.
I made a pineapple cake using simple at home instant funfetti cake mix, vanilla whipped frosting, black icing and food coloring. I got some yellow macarons from a local bakery and used my food coloring pens and my circuit explore cutting machine to turn them into pineapples.
I got mini sombreros and mini piñatas from the Piñata district here in LA to decorate the table with and candy from a Mexican grocery store and from a shop called Sugarfina to fill them with. The candy almonds that look like olives are from Sugarfina.
The pineapple and large confetti on the table were all made using my circuit explore cutting machine and cardstock. The decorations on the bushes and trailer were all from a previous party and recycled for this party. I made the pineapple balloon banner on the trailer out of small yellow water balloons, a marker, and construction paper. The place cards were made with my circuit explore cutting machine and cardstock and a marker.
We spent under $100 on our party as we made most of the decorations ourselves and reused our cinco de mayo fiesta decorations.
